This will be a seasonal position for Summer 2026 (May 18 - August 14).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES including the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Analyze feedback from the field and perform appropriate research to understand product segment potential

• Understand market segment potential, trends, and needs

• Proactively identify and execute on marketing support needs

• Design, develop, and launch product collateral and promotional material

• Monitor marketing processes and develop new strategies

• Define, develop and execute processes for tracking information in online databases

• Support marketing activities for NPD and sustaining projects

QUALIFICATIONS

• Analytical/Strategic thinking ability and mental agility

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Proficient in the use of a personal computer with intermediate level of keyboarding skills.

• Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Power

Point and Excel:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school degree required

• Current college education in business, engineering, or related field

• MBA, or currently in business school, a plus

• Experience solving problems and making recommendations to management

• Experience executing projects in a team environment and managing day-to-day activities related to project expectations

LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, sales representatives, internal teams, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITYAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

PHYSICAL DEMANDSEmployee may be required to sit, bend, stoop, use keyboard, see, talk and hear. May occasionally lift objects up to 25 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

WORK ENVIRONMENTThis position works in a normal office environment. The noise level in the work environment is quiet to moderate. No travel is required.
