Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Execute complex testing procedures independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating proficiency across all laboratory testing methodologies while troubleshooting inconsistencies to provide accurate solutions.

• Contribute to equipment qualification processes (IQ, OQ), support Test Method Development (TMD) and Verification/Validation teams, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance.

• Provide comprehensive training and support to junior technicians, coordinate test requests when directed by supervisor, and lead specialized laboratory functions such as environmental chamber supervision or aging program coordination.

• Develop tools for process simplification, support procedure document revisions, conduct gap analysis, and provide rationale for updates to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.

• Maintain strict adherence to Good Documentation Practice (GDP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), and support overall laboratory compliance while ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards.

Minimum Requirement:

• High School Diploma or GED

Our pay is based on the role and the necessary skills and education to perform it successfully. The salary or hourly rate offered is determined by the role's specific requirements, including any applicable step rate pay system at the work location. Salary or hourly pay ranges are influenced by labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the work location which may also affect the workplace arrangement of the role.
