Responsibilities:

• Responsible for work assignments in coordination with area of responsibility.

• Controls daily operations and monitors workflow within assigned areas.

• Conducts investigation of discrepancies and inconsistencies in distribution processes.

• Assists with identifying departmental process improvements.

• Responsible for reporting daily performance metrics.

• Ensures safety and security processes are followed.

• Ensures all distribution related documentation is maintained in an orderly and accessible manner.

• Escalate issues to Supervisor when needed.

• May be required to train new hires on various warehouse functions.

• Become knowledgeable of the responsibilities of the other positions to assist in times of urgency,

• breaks, absences, or vacation.

Minimum Requirement:

• High School Diploma or GED
