Project Overview:
Coroccohuayco:
Located in the Espinar region of Cusco, Coroccohuayco is part of the extension plan for the operations of the current Antapaccay mine, one of the most important copper deposits in the country. The project consists of the development of the engineering and construction of the mine facilities around the new Coroccohuayco open pit that include a primary crusher, a conveyor belt and the expansion of the Antapaccay and Tintaya concentrator plants, each of which includes the incorporation of a new ball mill, flotation cells, remilling mills, concentrate filters and energy transmission and distribution systems.
Job Summary:
In this role, you will deploy computer hardware and provide desktop support to end users, providing support for MS Office, email, and collaboration platforms. You'll develop reports, dashboards, automate workflows, maintain IT asset inventory, and assist with proposal, study, and project plans. Your support will improve technological efficiency, contributing to project success and customer satisfaction.
Major Responsibilities:
- Deploying computing hardware and providing deskside support to end users.
- Supportng MS Office\E-mail\collaboration platforms.
- Installing and supporting GBU standard applications.
- Assisting with the implementation of and provides support for IS&T products, services and/or applications to individual studies and projects.
- Working closely with Corporate GIO to follow hardware deployment standards and follows and adheres to Corporate, GBU and Project IT procedures, standards, and security requirements.
- Developing IT reports, dashboards and automates workflows.
- Maintaing IT asset inventory.
- As directed, contributing to IS&T and automation/IM Planning for proposals, studies, and projects.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Requires a University Hire with 1-2 years of experience or 5-6 years of relevant work experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge in database administration.
- Knowledge in administration and configuration of networking equipment.
- Office 365 platform.
- Experience in support (user level).
- Intermediate English (desirable).
