This is how you make a difference

• 2-3 (min.) years of experience in IT, consulting, project management, or a related field
• Higher education in IT, engineering, business, or a related field
• Analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex problems and translate them into actionable recommendations
• Basic understanding of IT architectures, software development, or enterprise systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to create clear presentations and written deliverables for both technical and business audiences
• Initial hands-on experience working with AI tools and eager to deepen your AI fluency in a professional context
• Proactivity, self-sufficiency, and willingness to travel (approx. 50%)
• Fluent in both Polish and English (spoken and written)
