What You'll Do:

Role Overview: As a Principal at BCG, you will maximise your deep industry expertise and insight to chart the course for complex client projects, ensuring that each pivotal initiative is poised to deliver maximum impact and value. You’ll network within client organizations to understand agendas, assess implementation challenges, and generate sustainable results.

• Formulate strategic frameworks with a bias for actionable recommendations.
• Thoughtfully influence client perspectives and lead critical communications with executive presence.
• Supervise the integration of cross-disciplinary expertise into innovative client solutions, ensuring a broad view to problem-solving.
• Cultivate lasting relationships and commercial opportunities with clients.
• Lead project management, maintaining the balance between delegation and hands-on involvement.
• Develop team talents, fostering an environment that encourages learning and excellence.

What You'll Bring:

• Consistent track record in the consulting environment, with extensive experience in advising clients and developing tailored solutions.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex issues.
• Strong executive presence, adept in creating and communicating powerful narratives
• Proven ability in nurturing client relationships and keen interest in driving business development.
• Experience in leading and mentoring large teams, with a strong commitment to people development.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Thai and English.
