Shape the world of tomorrow

• You design AI-driven target architectures and
  conceptualize AI-powered Software Factories—from "agentic software
  factories" to autonomous software development at enterprise
  scale—while leading small project teams
• You develop and take ownership of AI-driven
  delivery pipelines that translate development processes, engineering
  standards, and architectural principles into machine-executable workflows
• You establish trusted AI engineering environments
  by designing governance mechanisms with multi-layer verification, clearly
  defined identity boundaries, and end-to-end traceability
• You implement and oversee evaluation and security
  mechanisms, including automated testing and evaluation pipelines,
  architecture compliance checks, and red-teaming approaches for
  AI-generated systems, ensuring adherence to quality and security
  standards
• You transform enterprise knowledge into
  machine-readable structures—such as architecture decisions, domain models,
• APIs, and business rules—to enable autonomous software development
• You translate business intent into scalable
  architectures, embed AI sustainably into existing technology landscapes
  and operating models, and turn strategic vision into measurable business
  impact

This is how you can make a difference

• You have successfully completed a degree in
  Computer Science, Information Systems, AI Engineering, or a related field
  with above-average academic performance.
• You have at least four years of relevant
  experience in IT consulting, IT project management, or professional
  software engineering with a strong AI focus.
• You have experience leading project teams of
  more than three people.
• You analyze, design, and optimize
  state-of-the-art custom IT architectures, leveraging your deep
  understanding of legacy IT, enterprise solutions, and current technology
  trends (e.g., Agentic AI, LLM orchestration, AI-native architectures).
• You have hands-on experience with AI
  systems, such as LLM-based applications, AI agents, or machine learning
  platforms.
• You are familiar with modern software
  delivery practices, including Dev Sec Ops, CI/CD pipelines, automated
  testing, and platform engineering.
• Concepts such as Agent Assembly Line,
  Execution Harness, and Context Engineering are familiar to you, and you
  know how to integrate them into secure, scalable enterprise architectures.
• You are able to translate complex business
  requirements into technical architectures and communicate effectively with
  both technical and business stakeholders.
• You thrive in interdisciplinary teams and
  global environments and are willing to travel as needed.
• You are fluent in both German and English
  and can confidently communicate complex technical concepts in both
  languages.
