Baxter Global Business Solutions Summer Internship Program: Start Your Career with Purpose

Ready to turn your studies into real‑world experience? This summer, Baxter Global Business Solutions (GBS) Poland is opening its doors to students and recent graduates for the4th edition of our paid Summer Internship Program.

You’ll work on real projects, learn from international teams, and discover how a global healthcare company operates—while enjoying Fridays off all summer.

What You’ll Explore

Choose your path in:

  • Finance:

P2P | C2C | A2R | FP&A

  • Procurement

You’ll learn how global business decisions are made - step by step - and how your work supports business units and patients around the world.

This internship is about doing, not just watching. From your first days, you’ll get involved in real projects and real processes, gaining hands‑on experience while learning how a global company works behind the scenes. You’ll collaborate with different teams, explore new topics, and build skills that go far beyond the classroom.

Throughout the program, you’ll explore one of the following areas:

  • P2P (Procure to Pay)

Join our EMEA P2P team and see how finance works in practice. You’ll support processes like Accounts Payable Resolution and GRNI management, and you’ll also get the chance to take part in automation initiatives and process improvement projects—perfect if you’re curious about how ideas turn into better, faster ways of working.

  • C2C (Credit to Cash)

Learn how companies manage customer relationships from the financial side. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with credit management, collections, and accounts receivable, building skills that are highly valued in international business.

  • A2R (Account to Report)

Discover how financial data comes together. You’ll learn how transactions are recorded, analyzed, and reported in line with global accounting standards, helping ensure accuracy and transparency.

  • FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)

Get a taste of the strategic side of finance. You’ll support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, and learn how financial insights help businesses make smarter decisions.

  • Procurement

See how products make their way from suppliers to healthcare solutions. You’ll support the sourcing of goods and services, learn how suppliers are managed, and understand how compliance and quality standards play a key role in delivering medical products.

  • Students or recent graduates (under 26, student status required) of finance, economics, accounting or foreign languages

  • English required! German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch = big plus!
