Your Role
As Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of marketing initiatives for the Advanced Surgery portfolio. This role focuses on driving portfolio growth through data-driven insights, impactful marketing programs, and strong cross-functional collaboration. You will oversee product lifecycle management, digital marketing efforts, and market analysis while ensuring alignment with both global strategy and local execution.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the development of annual marketing plans and overall business strategy
- Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities
- Manage portfolio performance, including sales, gross profit, and marketing spend ROI
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, medical, and market access to shape strategy and execution
- Lead brand awareness initiatives across digital, social, and commercial channels
- Track and report campaign performance against defined KPIs
- Execute brand strategies and marketing programs aligned to the 4Ps (product, price, place, promotion)
- Maintain and optimize sales tools, marketing materials, and training programs
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including forecasting, demand planning, and issue resolution
- Support pricing strategy and develop action plans to close gaps against sales targets
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or medical devices
- Demonstrated experience in brand strategy development and execution
- Proven track record supporting successful new product launches
- Strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with supply chain coordination and financial forecasting
We understand that compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated salary range for this position is $156,400 - $206,400.00 CAD annually, which reflects base salary as well as estimated target payout under the Management Incentive Compensation Plan. Individual pay will be determined based upon skills, expertise and experience, and the incentive, which is contingent upon company and individual performance outcomes.
