Seu papel na Baxter

Atuar na manutenção eletromecânica de equipamentos industriais, garantindo alta disponibilidade, confiabilidade e performance operacional por meio de atividades corretivas, preventivas e melhorias contínuas.

O que você vai fazer

• Executar manutenção corretiva e preventiva em sistemas eletromecânicos, realizando diagnóstico, reparos e substituições
• Apoiar instalações elétricas e montagem de painéis e equipamentos
• Atuar na análise de falhas (RCA), acompanhando indicadores (OEE, MTBF, MTTR) e propondo melhorias
• Contribuir com ajustes básicos em CLPs e inversores, além de melhorias contínuas nos processos
• Elaborar relatórios técnicos, orientar profissionais menos experientes e garantir cumprimento de normas de segurança, qualidade e meio ambiente

O que buscamos em você

• Técnico em Eletromecânica, Eletrônica ou áreas correlatas
• Experiência prévia em manutenção industrial (desejável em indústria farmacêutica, plásticos ou metalúrgica)
• Conhecimentos em: comandos elétricos, leitura de diagramas, CLPs (básico), motores/inversores/servos, sensores e noções de mecânica
• Experiência com análise de falhas (RCA) e indicadores de manutenção
• Certificações NR-10, NR-33 e NR-35 (válidas ou com reciclagem)
• Disponibilidade de horário
