• As a Sourcing Senior Team leader

• Buying/Procurement, you will be responsible for:

• Placing and following up on POs.

• Managing relationships with suppliers for PO execution.

• Managing problems and schedule changes.

• Updating the ERP system.

• Developing regular process redesigns due to changing circumstances or management needs.

• Elaborating process improvements while considering the broader functional context.

• Communicating effectively with other functional areas.

• Influencing peers to meet objectives.

• Providing services to the function or directly to the business.

• Handling work requiring analysis and interpretation.

• Developing approaches for exceptions when procedures do not cover all scenarios.

To be successful in this role

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sourcing). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Buying-Procurement.
