As a Project Management Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Facilitate the project handover meeting to ensure that the necessary commercial & technical information is understood and disseminated to the extended project & cross functional team

• Establish and maintain the project variation control system and managing negotiations in line with contract requirements

• Ensure risks are identified and managed across the project scopes of work by controlling the overall project risk and opportunity review and reporting process

• Identify & monitor project margin, cash position and regularly report out to leadership team

• Register, track and respond to warranty claims in accordance with Contract

• Track project progress against goals and KPIs, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.

• Interface with all levels of management and key personnel in manufacturing, planning, engineering, quality and global project management team

• Provide support to manage project operation, especially on material and shipping management.

• Do some assigned tasks from the leader

• Be able to function independently and multi-task

• Point of Contact for interface with customer during project execution

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

• High energy level - self-starter. Proactive, able to engage and stay engaged.

• Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Master’s level degree in Communications or Engineering (Mechanical) related field

• Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country

• Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills

• Be able to relocate for the duration of your internship (locations vary)

• Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying without sponsorship or time restrictions
