As a Junior Field Specialist, you will be responsible of:
-
Receiving and following detailed instructions under direct supervision.
-
Learning and assisting crew members during Installation and/or Maintenance activities at customer sites.
-
Learning and executing maintenance and installation tasks on our rotating equipment.
-
Assisting other crew members in performing the assigned scope of work.
-
Interacting with an assigned mentor or supervisor and collaborating with specialists and supervisors in the group.
-
Executing responsibilities safely and in accordance with internal processes and procedures.
-
Performing related duties as required.

Conducting business activities in alignment with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements, and Core Values
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Technical Diploma
-
Be ready to travel significantly (up to 70%) without geographical restriction, including offshore facilities
-
Ability to work well and communicate with others
-
Willingness to work under direct supervision and follow detailed instructions
-
Commitment to learning through On‑The‑Job Training
-
Adherence to safety practices, processes, and procedures
-
Have an EU Passport or a European Work permit
Desired requirements:

Emerging knowledge of the oil and gas industry

Specialization in Centrifugal Compressors Products
-
Good Mechanical/Control attitude
