  • Mentorship & Sustainability – Provide guidance to offshore teams, promote best practices, and support sustainability initiatives through eco-friendly design approaches.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • Have 8+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a mid-level or lead role.
  • Have proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Figma) and familiarity with motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects, Maya, Blender).
  • Have a strong portfolio showcasing high-level creative work across digital and print platforms.
  • Have experience developing brand guidelines and scalable design systems.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Have knowledge of UX/UI principles and digital design best practices (a plus).
  • Have familiarity with sustainability-focused design practices and emerging design technologies.
