The Warehouse Operator ensures the efficient and safe execution of core warehouse activities, including unboxing, loading, unloading, kitting, and packing of materials. This role supports smooth material flow by maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with operational and safety standards. By adhering to established processes and coordinating with cross-functional teams, the position contributes to consistent and high-quality warehouse operation

As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Handle inbound operations, including unloading materials from suppliers and segregating items for warehouse storage or yard placement.
  • Perform unboxing and preparation of materials for incoming QC inspection.
  • Ensure proper labeling and documentation after receiving confirmation from the Admin/WH team.
  • Execute systematic storage of materials in designated racks or yard locations post inspection and preservation.
  • Carry out material picking and coordination with Admin/WH associates based on material pick lists (MPL).
  • Perform kitting activities as per requirements and apply WIP issuance labels accurately.
  • Manage internal material movement, including staging, shop floor supply, and night shift transfers after verification.
  • Assist in handling pallets, boxes, and skids, including opening, dismantling, and disposal of packaging materials.
  • Support movement of large/oversized materials with forklift assistance and related handling activities.
  • Execute outbound operations, including picking, measuring, packing, weighing, and preparing materials for shipment.
  • Coordinate with Admin/WH associates for shipment documentation and system updates.
  • Perform loading of cargo onto trucks/trailers, coordinating forklift support for heavy items (>3T).

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Senior High School qualification or equivalent education.
  • Have certification to operate a forklift with a minimum capacity of 3 tons.
  • Have hands-on experience in material handling operations, including signalman responsibilities.
  • Have strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a warehouse environment.
  • Have a hardworking and honest approach with a commitment to reliability and integrity.
  • Have a willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve skillsets and performance.
