As a Midstream Technical Manager, you will play a key role in supporting business operations by partnering with project managers and process leaders across regions. You will ensure compliance with standards, contribute to the continuous development of people and processes, and support effective budget and resource management. This role requires a strong understanding of financial data and the ability to integrate operational insights into centralized systems to enhance decision-making and business performance.

As a Midstream Technical Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with project managers and process leaders across regions to ensure alignment with organizational standards and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Providing guidance on budget control, resource allocation, and operational performance using strong financial acumen
  • Collecting, analyzing, and integrating process and system data into centralized service management platforms
  • Presenting project plans, technical roadmaps, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to senior business leaders (EB/SEB) and technical partners
  • Managing complex, mid-term operational projects with customized approaches based on business and client needs
  • Driving stakeholder alignment across multiple teams and business units to ensure successful execution of initiatives
  • Supporting key business unit clients by navigating complex processes and maintaining strong stakeholder engagement
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Operations or related fields
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Show proven experience leading programs or projects in complex environments
  • Have the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at different levels
