Partner with the best As a Field Supervisor I - Wellbore Intervention, you will play a vital role supporting our field operations under broad direction in the assigned district. You will be a key player to run most wellbore intervention application.

As a Field Supervisor I - Wellbore Intervention, you will be responsible for:

• Running Wellbore Intervention applications in assigned district ensuring supplied equipment compatible with all equipment used for job
• Applying expertise to include applications of increasing complexity and/or risk in Wellbore Intervention and other product groups
• Providing field support to customers and accurately completes all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job
• Advising and troubleshooting on the most complex and critical issues in Wellbore Intervention in the district
• Applying technical knowledge and experience to ensure the products and services are of the highest quality
• Conducting business activities in accordance with HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:

• Have more than 10 years experience as Field Specialist in Wellbore Intervention (Fishing, Casing Exits, Wellbore Cleanup and Thru-Tubing Fishing)
• Have a good understanding of mechanical and application proficiency with Wellbore Intervention products or other product groups
• Demonstrate expertise and hand-on experience of drilling, completion techniques, drilling/workover rig operations on land and semi-submersible rigs
• Be a good team player and display good communication skills
• Be willing to work on various rotational schedules
