As an SD Performance & Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will act as a technical leader across complex customer projects. You will engage with customers and internal stakeholders to optimize performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure effective application of Baker Hughes technologies and products throughout the project lifecycle. .

As an SD Performance & Continuous Improvement Specialist you will be responsible for:

• Act as a technical leader and mentor on complex, integrated customer implementations across projects and organizations.
• Partner with customers to define technical requirements, perform analysis, and estimate implementation effort.
• Deliver detailed solution designs, owning technical deliverables throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Consultants, and cross‑functional teams, adhering to change management and execution standards.
• Drive performance improvement, cost efficiency, lessons learned, and continuous improvement across the project portfolio.
• Engage with rig site, wellsite, and onshore teams to review performance, gather feedback, and implement improvements.
• Leverage product capabilities to promote standardization, minimize customization, and maximize reuse of existing solutions.
• Maintain strong customer communication, continuously enhance technical skills, and work effectively both independently and within teams.

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
• Have relevant professional experience in drilling performance and/or rig‑site automation environments
• Have extensive experience in software analysis, solution design, architecture, and methodologies
• Have strong rig‑site operational knowledge and understanding of the well construction process
• Have proven experience with data extraction, conversion, and performance analysis
• Have strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Have the ability to clearly articulate Baker Hughes’ value proposition to customers
• Have demonstrated capability to proactively identify issues and work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams
