Driving verification & validation (V&V) by:

  • Executing image quality validation (resolution, noise, lighting performance)
  • Conducting reliability testing for harsh industrial environments
  • Analyzing and presenting system performance data

Supporting cross‑functional engineering & NPI by:

  • Collaborating with EE, ME, Software, Optical, and Manufacturing teams
  • Supporting NPI programs from concept through release

  • Driving DFMEA and risk reduction activities

To be successful in this role you will: Qualifications / Requirements

  • Have bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
  • Have 5–10 years of experience in product development or system integration
  • Have experience with complex electromechanical systems
  • Have strong understanding of requirements definition, system integration, and V&V methodologies
  • Have experience working in cross‑functional engineering teams
  • Have strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills

Desired Characteristics

  • Experience with imaging or optical systems
  • Familiarity with embedded systems or video/data processing pipelines
  • Experience with ruggedized or industrial products
  • Hands‑on debugging across hardware/software boundaries
  • Experience working where image acquisition, processing, and UI are tightly coupled
  • Familiarity with requirements management tools
  • Strong system‑level thinking and ability to drive technical tradeoffs

Typical Scope / Impact

You will own subsystem‑level architecture and integration outcomes, resolve cross‑disciplinary issues, and directly influence image quality, product reliability, and user experience.
