As an OIC ISC – Global S&OP Leader, you will be responsible for driving global alignment on demand scenarios, capacity constraints, inventory strategies, and financial outcomes. You will lead the global monthly S&OP / IBP cycle, ensuring disciplined, standardized execution across all regions and alignment with CoE methodologies. You will partner with Segment and Product Line leadership to support strategic decisions, scenario evaluations, and long‑range planning.
You will integrate demand, supply, and inventory strategies to optimize service levels, working capital, and production efficiency while leading a global team of planners and driving continuous improvement across the planning ecosystem.
As an OIC ISC – Global S&OP Leader, you will be responsible for:

Owning and leading the global monthly S&OP / IBP process, ensuring consistency and standardization across all regions

Facilitating the full monthly cycle including demand review, supply review, integrated reconciliation, and executive review
-
Leading monthly Executive S&OP meetings with Segment & Product Line leadership to support strategic decisions and scenario evaluations
-
Integrating demand planning, supply planning, and inventory strategies to optimize service levels, working capital, and production efficiency
-
Identifying capacity bottlenecks and driving decisions on make‑vs‑buy, tolling partners, and network optimization
-
Reducing excess, obsolete, and slow‑moving inventory through improved planning discipline
-
Leveraging advanced analytics, digital planning tools, and predictive insights to improve forecast accuracy
-
Building robust scenario planning and what‑if modeling capabilities for executive decision‑making
-
Leading and developing a global team of demand planners, strengthening analytical and planning capabilities
-
Leading the portfolio review process with Product Management and executing strategies to improve contribution margin
-
Aggregating regional demand forecasts into a consolidated global product line forecast
-
Identifying, prioritizing, and executing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecast accuracy and optimize working capital

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
-
Preferably hold an MBA
-
Bring 10+ years of supply chain planning experience within chemical, specialty chemicals, or process manufacturing industries
-
Have 5+ years leading global S&OP / IBP processes
-
Demonstrate leadership experience managing international or multi‑site teams
-
Have experience managing multi‑plant, multi‑region manufacturing networks
-
Bring expertise in demand planning, statistical forecasting, supply & capacity planning, inventory optimization, and scenario modeling
-
Have deep knowledge of SAP and MRP functionality
-
Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
-
Be a strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and with urgency
-
Bring strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
-
Be effective in a fast‑paced, matrixed global organization
Desired Characteristics (Preferred but not required):

APICS CPIM, CSCP, or similar certifications
-
Experience implementing digital planning tools (SAP APO, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis)
-
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel
