The Formatting Specialist will ensure brand consistency and professional formatting across PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and PDF outputs for internal and external communications. This role is critical for creating visually polished presentations and well-structured documents such as product manuals and technical specifications. The specialist will collaborate with global teams, manage multiple projects independently, and forecast timelines to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

As a Formatting Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Format PowerPoint presentations to ensure visual polish, brand consistency, and impactful design.
• Apply corporate templates and styles to Word documents, including product manuals and technical specifications.
• Ensure document structure, readability, and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Perform quality control checks for alignment, fonts, and layout accuracy.
• Convert documents to PDF with proper formatting and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with global teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Forecast timelines and manage workload independently to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain organized libraries of templates and formatted assets for reuse.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you shall have:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in document and presentation formatting; B2B/industrial experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for formatting and design.
• Expertise in Adobe Acrobat for PDF formatting and compliance.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus for graphic flexibility.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Strong time management skills with ability to forecast timelines and manage workload independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with global teams.
• Fluency in written and spoken English for effective global communication.
