The Opportunity:

The Project Specialist Operations Associate, within Care Compass South Region, is responsible for managing and assisting with the implementation of new projects and initiatives.

Assists leaders and stakeholders in all facets of project work, from discovery to implementation. Works on multiple team projects simultaneously and may serve as project manager for a small project or a portion of a larger project. Focuses on project management details, including identifying gaps and follow-up actions that maximize project outcomes.

Job Summary:

What You'll Do:

-Takes the lead in maintaining and monitoring multiple project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
-Organizes, attends, and participates in stakeholder meetings.
-Ensures projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
-Assesses and escalates project risks and issues and provides solutions.
-Conducts research, maintains and analyzes data in systems, and develops reports to support projects.
-Liaise with the project team and key stakeholders to help define project requirements, scope, and objectives that align with organizational goals.
-Assigns and monitors resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables.

What You'll Bring

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field of study required

  • 1+ years of project management or project support experience required, preferably in healthcare

  • Experience with Epic / Epic reports preferred

  • Experience working with data / data systems preferred

  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.

  • Entry level financial/accounting skills.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize, multi task and work successfully with cross functional teammates

Working Model Requirements

  • Full-Time Monday through Friday, standard business hours.

  • Hybrid work model. Must be flexible for on-site workdays for team meetings, business priorities and kick off or training days as needed, approximately 1 day/week. On-site locations will be Assembly Row in Somerville, MA or Brigham and Women's in Boston, MA.

  • Remote workdays require stable, secure, HIPAA compliant work area.
