As Manufacturing Experienced Professional, you will provide support for solving complex technical problems that arise in manufacturing production. Working with leading-edge technology, you will make key decisions, resolve issues and oversee projects to shape enhancements. You’ll unite cross-functional teams to connect, share knowledge, innovate and to develop improvements.

As a Manufacturing Experienced Professional you will be responsible for:

• Developing manufacturing processes that meet product requirements with safety, quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and schedule adherence.

• Creating standard manufacturing procedures and work instructions, and training execution teams (e.g., test maps, assembly instructions)

• Leading assembly and testing qualification processes

• Monitoring and controlling manufacturing hours, identifying deviations, and implementing corrective actions when needed

• Preparing scopes of work and coordinating with suppliers for quotations, problem-solving, visits, and project-related needs

• Leading Capex projects and preparing documentation across all stages

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• High school diploma plus a valid technical certification (active registration number required); OR bachelor’s degree in Engineering (either fully completed or currently in the final year)

• Have 5 years of experience in manufacturing assembly operations

• Have knowledge of assembly and pressure testing processes (hydrostatic, gas, integrity, sealing, functional tests, flushing, etc.).

• Have advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
