Partner with the best
You will be responsible for NPD deck digital programs and projects execution, working with all engineering departments, program and product managers, contributing to the development and success of service products, solutions, and systems. You will also connect Digital Services Sales and Commercial team members with the i Center Digital Services team, processes, and resources, supporting on digital offering and enabling customer discussions. You should be able to work with cross-functional and cross-disciplinary teams, applying system engineering methodologies such as requirements definition, system architecture and integration, analysis, configuration management and risk management during the design phase of products.

Systems Engineering & Requirements Management
- Support the design and development of digital NPDs using a Systems Engineering approach.
- Manage requirements definition, breakdown, prioritization, and flow‑down across software/analytics architecture, subsystems, products, and components.
- Create and maintain requirement specifications, Functional Design Specifications, and design review materials.
- Maintain a deep understanding of system intended use, expected capabilities, and subsystem/component interactions.
Technology Assesment & System Design
- Assess and categorize new technologies and products to ensure alignment with system requirements and design intent.
- Provide technical leadership to discipline teams and lead system‑level design reviews; contribute to broader program and product line reviews.
Verification, Validation & Lifecycle Management
- Support system‑level validation and verification activities, including testing and performance assessment.
- Manage the lifecycle of digital service solutions after deployment.
- Develop action plans to address technical issues or problems.
Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are understood and met.
- Collaborate with other functional digital services teams, including software, infrastructure, data science, service delivery, and digital product leadership.
- Prepare and present technical reports to internal and external customers.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor/Masters' degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Have great knowledge of core IET products and services and proven experience in the OEM Digital Services area
- Have strong ability to identify a goal or objective and develop plans and strategies
- Have positive attitude about performance and teamwork
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity
- Comfortable in Agile environments, with a problem-solving mindset
- Be fluent both in English and in Italian (oral and written) and hold an EU passport or work permit
Desired Requirements
- Have Knowledge of appropriate and relevant Industry Specifications, Standards and Regulations
- Have experience of systems engineering methodologies and processes e.g. INCOSE, etc

- In this role, you will travel to and work on customer sites in line with customer requirements. The duration of the work at site and the hours of work at the site will be in line with customer requirements.
