Partner with the best

You will support the administrative activities related to local content and contract management within the Flexible Pipe Systems division. You will support contract analysts in functional specifications and processes for local content and contract execution. You will support activities to meet the expectations of the customer according to contract requirements.

As a Contract Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing office support with emphasis on local content process and documentation

• Assisting other staff members in the preparation, organization and management of documentation related to local content and contract management

• Maintaining databases and workflows in compliance with contract milestones and document requirements

• Managing billing and invoices evidence related to local content process in ERP systems according to the cash plan

• Discussing with customer and internal team consequences of contract changes in products and processes

• Leading the contract execution supporting the Project Managers, Risk Managers, and functions.

• Working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor’s degree (International Relations, Administration, Business, Economic Sciences or correlated fields)

• Have experience with Contract Management in Oil & Gas

• Be a good team player and display good communication skills

• Have experience with billing process

• Have advanced English skills (written and verbal)

• Experience in Brazilian local content requirement and billing process is a plus
