- Integrating commodity strategies into ITO bid activities during early engagement phases to support competitive and winning customer offers.
- Ensuring an effective and compliant buying process by optimizing PO placement, driving cost‑reduction initiatives, and managing cost and productivity metrics.
- Leading supplier selection, development, and partnership management to achieve excellence in cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability.
- Leveraging Sales & Operations Planning data to align supplier capacity with business demand, ensuring forecast visibility and supply continuity.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline from an accredited university or college.
- Have proven experience leading commodity management or sourcing teams within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Have strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into measurable sourcing and financial outcomes.
- Have the capability to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Have strong interpersonal, leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with a proactive and self‑starter mindset.
