A successful applicant would analyze the department administrative needs for the services function.

As an Office Services Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing office and administrative assistance to teams or individuals.
  • Coordinating all “corporate” communications and diaries
  • Creating and maintaining projects folders, repositories
  • Running reports and audits to ensure financials are correct
  • Supporting visa issuance for the team and site logistics
  • Supporting EMIA regions with admin tasks
  • Assisting with paperwork to Baker Hughes employees

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/ GED)
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in administration jobs
  • Have an advanced level of Azerbaijani, Russian English
  • Have experience in field operations, visa processing, and coordination with customers
  • Have Knowledge of corporate systems: Service Max, Alfresco, 1C
  • Be able to show a good working knowledge of computer skills
