As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you will play a vital role onsite with our customers. Leading the installation, commissioning, and start-up activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations.

As a senior field service engineer , you will be responsible for:

  • BH products -Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Centrifugal Compressor etc. installation/commissioning/startup and various level minor & major inspections and maintenance

  • Leading/organizing professional technical support to customer and site job related parties.

  • Auxiliary system of above products installation/commissioning/Minor & Major maintenance

  • Conducting all business activities in accordance to Baker Hughes HSE policies, legal compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

  • Proactively lead site job management/ meetings/ communications with customer.

  • Guarantee contractual responsibilities fulfilled correctly, reach/exceed customer’s expectation.

  • Strong site job management capability and soft skills.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have an Electrical Engineering or related Major.

  • Have Solid depth control + E&I knowledge with at least one of the products

  • Gas Turbine/Steam Turbine/Centrifugal Compressor.

  • 5+ years control services related experience.

  • Strong site job management capability and soft skills.

  • Have excellent command and understanding of verbal and written English.

  • Be ready to travel significantly (up to 70%).
