We are seeking a senior sales & commercial leader to drive the market entry and growth of Pressure Pumping and Production Enhancement services across Central and Southern Africa.
This role will be responsible for building business from the ground up, including developing pipeline, establishing strategic client relationships, securing initial contracts, and scaling into a sustainable and profitable portfolio. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen, technical understanding of pressure pumping services, and the ability to operate effectively in diverse, multi-cultural and dynamic environments.
As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for:
Market Development & Business Creation:
- Build and execute country-level market entry strategies
- Develop pipeline from zero to sustainable coverage (≥3x)
- Identify and unlock opportunities across brownfield and production-driven assets
First Wins & Growth Strategy:
- Secure initial contracts (pilot jobs, campaigns, short-term scopes)
- Convert early wins into long-term partnerships and expanded scope
- Establish company presence with key operators in underpenetrated markets
- Customer Engagement
- Build strong relationships with:
- National Oil Companies (NOCs)
- International Oil Companies (IOCs)
- Independent operators
- Engage at asset, operations, and decision-making levels
- Influence work programs ahead of formal tendering processes
- Commercial Leadership
- Own order intake, revenue, and profitability targets (CM/EBITDA)
- Develop fit-for-purpose commercial models, including:
- Campaign-based pricing
- Bundled service offerings
- Performance-based contracts
- Ensure all opportunities are margin accretive and commercially disciplined
- Product Line Focus – Production Enhancement
Drive growth across:
- Cementing (including remedial)
- Stimulation and production enhancement
- Coiled tubing services
- Well intervention and optimization solutions
Leverage solutions that increase production, improve recovery, and reduce operating costs
- Execution Alignment
Work closely with operations to ensure:
- Feasible service delivery
- Optimized mobilization and logistics
- Cost control in remote environments
- Ensure strong alignment between:
- Sales commitments
- Operational execution
- Cash collection
- Business Scale-Up
- Transition from initial wins to structured contracts and long-term agreements
- Increase asset utilization and service intensity per client
- Build a repeatable and resilient revenue base
To be successful in this role you will:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

Have a minimum of 10 years of oilfield services experience, with exposure to Pressure Pumping / Production Enhancement

Technical understanding of Coiled tubing, Stimulation, Cementing, Production enhancement

Proven track record of: winning new business, managing complex commercial deals, delivering revenue and margin targets

Demonstrated success in building business in new or underpenetrated markets

Experience operating across multi-country or international environments

Experience working with diverse teams, cultures, and business practices

Experience in mature markets is valued, particularly for strong commercial discipline and structured execution

Proven ability to adapt quickly and deliver results in less structured environments

Excellent commercial acumen and pricing discipline

Proven hunter mindset with ability to create opportunities from scratch
