The I&S Project Sourcing Manager drives Sourcing activities for I&S Projects, establishing contracts with key suppliers and strategic partners in the region, improving Baker Hughes competitive position in competitive tender for Integrated Projects.

• Define sourcing strategies to enhance Baker Hughes competitiveness in Integrated Projects, selecting optimal suppliers and strategic partners.
• Partner with I&S Sales & Commercial teams to anticipate 3PV needs and build proactive sourcing and partnership strategies pre‑tender.
• Support Global Category and Project Sourcing organizations by identifying global partners and executing regionally aligned partnerships.
• Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and consortium agreements to achieve optimal commercial terms and project financial targets.
• Monitor 3PV performance across the project lifecycle and support I&S SC Fulfilment when required.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally (Lean, Q&HSE) to develop, interpret, and apply operating standards and best practices.
• Define and track critical KPIs, analyze trends, and present insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
• Drive cost improvement, digital adoption, competency development, and alignment with ISC standards and career frameworks.

As a Project Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Defining and executing project sourcing strategies to improve competitiveness in integrated project tenders
• Establishing and managing contracts with key suppliers and strategic partners across the region
• Partnering with Sales and Commercial teams to anticipate future 3PV needs and develop proactive sourcing plans
• Negotiating contracts, partnerships, and consortium agreements to meet commercial and financial targets
• Monitoring third‑party vendor performance throughout the project lifecycle
• Supporting global project sourcing activities and sharing best practices across regions
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align sourcing activities with QHSE and ISC standards
• Driving cost improvement initiatives through engineered solutions and process optimization

• Have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Have a master’s degree as an added advantage
• Have proven years of experience in sourcing, sales, or commercial roles
• Have a proven track record of leading complex negotiations
• Have strong leadership and stakeholder management experience
• Have in‑depth knowledge of contract negotiation, project management, and cost planning
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
