A **Senior Software Sales Manager **in Digital Well Construction develops, owns and executes strategic sales account plans to drive digital product and service revenue growth across the APAC Region and Well Construction Product Segment.

As a Senior Software Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing, owning and executing a strategic sales account plans to drive digital product and service revenue growth across Region and Product Segment.
  • Engaging with ‘C’ level and key customer personas to promote the Digital Well Construction portfolio.
  • Being a Trusted Advisor and Customer Champion, establishing partnership relationships with key clients.
  • Introducing technical sales representative and sales support teams for deep technical dives and understanding of the solutions.
  • Leading efforts to establish and expand market share, own pipeline planning, creation and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with product development, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align digital offerings with market demands and communicate value propositions effectively
  • Working with leaders across the organization to develop growth strategies across product offerings with complex and enterprise customers.

To be successful in this role:

  • Bring a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. Having experience with Software / Account Sales is also beneficial.
  • Possess domain expertisein the Well Construction segment, including Operations, Drilling, Remote Monitoring, or Performance Optimization.  And a general understanding of product line technology, customer landscape, competitive market, and financials in the upstream environment.
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Have ability to influence others and lead small teams and initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
  • Bring ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Bring effective problem identification and solution skills and proven analytical and organizational ability.
  • Fluent in English; ideally English Mandarin
