Our team is looking for an experienced project manager to support the newly formed F-35 Lifecycle Support Operations team supporting and delivering critical non-recurring activities. In this role you will actively support and lead teams to explore, define and deliver enhanced test solutions, improve factory productionization, facilitate the introduction of new product into test and oversee the entire test infrastructure that keeps production moving forward.   • Prepare project execution plan and identify technical and business resources needed.
  • Review status of projects and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare status reports.
  • Assess issues and develop solutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction objectives.
  • Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team.
  • Lead briefings and high-level meetings.
  • Interact frequently with senior-level executives and customers concerning projects, operational decisions, contracts, and strategies.
  • Actively promote a culture of diversity, safety, health, and personal well-being for the program team.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety and environmental objectives

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Possess interpersonal skills involving coordinating and negotiating with customers and suppliers
  • Be able to make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations
  • Ability to influence across functional boundaries and communicate well with different teams
  • Familiarity with the development and deployment of critical Information Technology projects
  • Expereince with management and operation of Information Systems
  • Understanding of factory test activities, networking, and test stand deployment methods and procedures

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $132962 - $226035

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
