The North America Regional Marketing Specialist serves as the operational engine driving regional growth by bridging high-level strategy and ground-level execution. The team focuses on managing the inbound funnel and providing field teams with the necessary tools and air cover to secure market wins. This role ensures the successful operationalization of regional strategies through end-to-end campaign ownership and detailed technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lead lifecycle, including lead sync, attribution, and hand-off to Sales to ensure conversion into quality outcomes.
• Operationalize regional strategies by building and maintaining Marketo programs, Salesforce tracking, and Tableau reporting dashboards.
• Provide project admin support to the North America regional marketing team
• Create and distribute localized templates, outreach sequences, and partner-ready kits to support field demand generation for the Sales team.
• Analyze reporting insights and ROI metrics in Tableau to identify and scale tactics that accelerate deal cycles.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing experience within a SaaS or Cybersecurity Field marketing team.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo for managing complex marketing workflows and lead synchronization.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing campaign operations, including digital campaigns and executive-level events.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project administration and stakeholders across multiple time zones in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced technical proficiency in Tableau for driving data-based reporting insights and ROI analysis.
• Experience shipping and managing custom account-based marketing (ABM) kits for high-priority accounts.
• Documented experience in a high-growth startup environment with a focus on scaling tactical support.
• Background in cybersecurity asset intelligence or related technical marketing sectors.

$80,000—$95,000 USD
