Document Content Specialist I

About the Role
We are seeking a Document Content Specialist I to join our team in Beverly, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in manufacturing, documentation, or technical processes.
In this role, you will help create and maintain clear, easy-to-follow work instructions that support our manufacturing teams. You’ll also gain experience using systems and tools that help track, improve, and standardize production processes.
What You’ll Do
- Create and update work instructions used by manufacturing teams
- Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and easy to follow
- Use internal systems to manage and maintain procedure updates
- Support improvements in how instructions are created using new tools and technology
- Assist team members with documentation tools and processes
- Help troubleshoot and resolve documentation-related issues
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of manufacturing, production, or similar hands-on experience preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain step-by-step processes
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems and tools
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to follow standardized processes and procedures
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

U.S. BASE SALARY RANGE
$22.70 - $34.06
This base salary range reflects the typical compensation for this role across U.S. locations.
Our salary ranges are determined by role and level; individual pay is determined based on
multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, work
location, and internal equity. The range provides the opportunity for growth and progression as
you develop within the role.
Base pay is one part of our U.S. total compensation package which includes eligibility in the
Axcelis Team Incentive bonus plan, and comprehensive benefits package (for regular
employees working 20+ hours a week).
