In this role you will be the face of our brand! You’ll interact with our customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings and responding to general customer inquiries.

What you’ll do

• Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening

• Review in detail ABG’s various add on’s and services as to determine what may best suit the customer

• Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively

• Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient and accurate manner

• Answering customer questions and inquiries

• Prepare the interior and exterior of our vehicles which includes; cleaning, washing, and vacuuming

• Refuelling gas tanks, checking fluid levels and tire conditions along with pressure and tread depth

• Assess vehicle for any potential new damages and report it as per ABG’s vehicle damage procedure

What We’re Looking For:

• A full and valid Australian driver’s licence

• Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service

• Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
