Fleet Clerk
**this will be a summer contract role ending Sept/October.
As an Administrative Clerk, you will assist the Fleet Supervisor with all aspects of vehicle in-fleeting and de-fleeting. In addition to clerical duties such as photocopying, fleet data entry, processing of NVIS and invoices, issuing bills of sales, computer use, and filing, you will also communicate with buyers, coordinate pickup of sold vehicles, and manage the acceptance of new deliveries.

Fleet Supervisor
Pay Rate: $22.61/hr
Basic Qualifications/Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one-year office support experience required.
- At least 6 months of prior work experience in a role where customer service was key element of your duties.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
- Must be able to interact professionally with all levels of management.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, requiring little direct supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks and responsibilities.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain a professional approach at all times
- Logical and analytical, with strong planning and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- This role requires the ability to lift up to 15 pounds, and continuously stand, walk, and enter and exit vehicles.
Hours of Work:
- Schedule is at the discretion of Management, based on business needs, and per selection of shifts as outlined in the CBA and located at 3820 Mc Donald Rd., Richmond BC.
