Manager Trainee - Premium Customers
Salary: $64,350/yr + Company Vehicle (Gas, Insurance, Maintenance Included)
Are you motivated by customer satisfaction and interested in building a leadership career in a fast-paced operational environment? As a Manager Trainee – Premium Customers, you will participate in a structured, hands-on training program designed to develop future leaders through real-world experience at our airport locations.
During the program, you will gain exposure to key operational areas including Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service, while learning how to deliver elevated service experiences for premium customers, drive operational efficiency, and support financial performance.
What You’ll Do:
During the eight-week training program, you will rotate through core operational functions to build a strong foundation in airport operations. You will learn how daily decisions impact fleet availability, revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee performance—particularly for high-value and premium customer segments.
After completing training, you will transition into a supervisory role overseeing one or more daily operations or sales functions. Responsibilities may include leading frontline teams, supporting premium customer interactions, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring service, safety, and brand standards are consistently met.
You will receive ongoing mentorship and development support, with opportunities to advance into future leadership roles within the organization.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree or an associate’s degree plus at least two years of customer service experience

Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to work collaboratively and make independent decisions

Valid Driver’s License

Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs

Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions with moderate noise levels
-
This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

One year of experience providing high-quality customer service is a plus
