Role Overview:
The Senior Associate License Compliance Representative (SP2) is an experienced individual contributor responsible for independently managing a moderate volume of compliance leads. This role uses telemetry tools to identify potential licensing violations, engages mid-level customer contacts, supports resolution planning, and contributes to protecting Autodesk’s intellectual property.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Management: Independently manage a moderate volume of compliance leads using established procedures.

Business Analysis: Utilize telemetry tools to identify patterns of non-compliance.

Customer Engagement: Communicate licensing issues, send warning letters, escalate cases.

Compliance Expertise: Demonstrate working knowledge of Autodesk licensing models.

Sales Team Collaboration: Coordinate with sales teams to align messaging and share insights.

Required Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in compliance, auditing, revenue protection, customer success, or similar roles.

Experience reviewing data or conducting investigations.

Strong communication skills tailored to mid-level customer contacts.

Ability to manage caseloads independently.

Foundational negotiation skills.
-
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience with telemetry, audit tools, or licensing analytics.

Background in software licensing or IP protection.

Exposure to SaaS or subscription business models.

Experience drafting compliance communications.
-
Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration with sales, legal, operations.
