Role Overview:

The Senior Associate License Compliance Representative (SP2) is an experienced individual contributor responsible for independently managing a moderate volume of compliance leads. This role uses telemetry tools to identify potential licensing violations, engages mid-level customer contacts, supports resolution planning, and contributes to protecting Autodesk’s intellectual property.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance Management: Independently manage a moderate volume of compliance leads using established procedures.

  • Business Analysis: Utilize telemetry tools to identify patterns of non-compliance.

  • Customer Engagement: Communicate licensing issues, send warning letters, escalate cases.

  • Compliance Expertise: Demonstrate working knowledge of Autodesk licensing models.

  • Sales Team Collaboration: Coordinate with sales teams to align messaging and share insights.

  • Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in compliance, auditing, revenue protection, customer success, or similar roles.

  • Strong communication skills tailored to mid-level customer contacts.

  • Ability to manage caseloads independently.

  • Foundational negotiation skills.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with telemetry, audit tools, or licensing analytics.

  • Background in software licensing or IP protection.

  • Exposure to SaaS or subscription business models.

  • Experience drafting compliance communications.

  • Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration with sales, legal, operations.
