Position Overview Autodesk is transforming the construction industry with cloud solutions that enable customers to work smarter and prepare for the future. As an Adoption Specialist within the Autodesk Emerging Business organization retaining and expanding our construction customers is one of our most important tasks. Within Emerging Business Customer Success, we understand that enabling continuous adoption of our cloud solutions and fulfilling our customers' desired business outcomes is critical to building lasting relationships with our customers and ultimately driving revenue for Emerging Business.

This role focuses on structured, high-volume engagement supported by data insights, targeted outreach, and repeatable onboarding and adoption motions. You will guide customers through early adoption, monitor engagement, and intervene when usage is low. You will provide actionable guidance, share best practices based on intended workflows, and ensure customers achieve meaningful value from their Autodesk investment. You will report to the Territory Adoption Manager and collaborate closely with partners and internal teams to support retention, expansion and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Adoption Guidance:

  • Assess customer health and renewal risk using digital tools, reports and usage insights

  • Support customers during onboarding, product changes, and new feature adoption with accurate and up-to-date product knowledge

  • Provide customers with guidance that aligns with their workflows and intended use cases to help them achieve measurable outcomes

Driving Value, Growth and Expansion Readiness:

  • Support customers in getting the most value from their Autodesk solutions and recognize when their needs may require additional capabilities, partnering with internal teams where appropriate

  • Recognize friction points or gaps in usage and recommend appropriate next steps

  • Share customer trends and insights that help strengthen and scale adoption programs across the region

Internal Collaboration & Documentation:

  • Document customer engagement, actions, and opportunities thoroughly in Salesforce

  • Work with internal teams to deliver cohesive guidance and ensure aligned execution on customer objectives

  • Support escalations by providing contextual insights and coordinating effective follow-up actions

Minimum Qualifications

  • You will need to speak fluent in English

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • AEC software knowledge and/or relevant AEC industry experience

  • Two to four years in Adoption, Renewals, Inside Sales, Technical Support or similar customer-facing roles

  • Passion for technology with strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools quickly

  • Experience managing a high-volume account portfolio within structured processes

  • Ability to handle escalated customer situations and communicate effectively across different organizational levels

  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields

  • Experience supporting SaaS adoption or digital onboarding programs

  • Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar technologies
