Position Overview
Autodesk is looking for a Manager of Brand Management to help deliver high-impact, integrated campaigns and ensure our brand shows up with clarity, consistency, and creative excellence across every touchpoint.
This role sits at the center of our marketing ecosystem—partnering with agencies and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. You’ll play a critical role in translating strategy into execution, managing complex work streams, and elevating creative output without slowing momentum.

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns across channels

Translate brand strategy into clear, actionable briefs and creative direction

Partner with creative teams and agencies to deliver insight-driven, high-quality work

Provide sharp, constructive feedback to elevate creative while maintaining timelines and momentum

Own day-to-day relationships with agency partners, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and accountability

Help define scopes, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects

Lead briefing, feedback, and review cycles to drive efficient workflows and strong output

Hold agencies to a high creative bar while fostering a collaborative, solutions-oriented partnership

Partner with stakeholders across marketing, product, communications, and regional teams to align on objectives and execution

Bring structure and clarity to complex, fast-moving projects

Translate business goals into focused brand and creative direction teams can execute against

Ensure consistent, high-quality brand expression across all deliverables and channels

Apply brand guidelines with sound judgment—knowing when to flex and when to hold the line

Demonstrate strong organizational skills and operational rigor across timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder management
-
Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and team effectiveness

Campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and at a high creative standard

Agency partners are aligned, accountable, and consistently producing strong work

Internal stakeholders feel clarity, momentum, and confidence throughout execution

Minimum Qualifications:
-
5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or integrated campaign roles

Experience working with external agencies and supporting integrated campaign execution

Experience operating in cross-functional, matrixed environments

Strong creative instincts and a clear point of view on what great looks like
-
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Operationally strong—brings structure, organization, and follow-through to complex workstreams

Clear, confident communicator who can translate strategy into actionable direction
-
Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with a bias toward action
-
Experience working in a SaaS or technology company
-
Experience in agency account management or closely related roles
-
Exposure to global campaign execution and regional considerations

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $103,000 and $185,130. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
