Position Overview

At Autodesk AEC, we help teams meet the world’s rapidly expanding building and infrastructure needs while making design and construction more predictable, safe, and sustainable.

The Construction Platform team in Tel Aviv is looking for a Product Manager to join us and help deliver outcomes for our customers, owning key construction portfolio services. These are foundational capabilities used across multiple products and workflows, serving high-scale, high-impact use cases for customers around the globe.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of critical platform areas in a large, complex ecosystem—working closely with teams across the company to deliver meaningful outcomes for our users.

As a Product Manager, you’ll work at the intersection of engineering, design, and business, helping define and deliver platform capabilities that enable better workflows across Autodesk Forma.
You’ll navigate ambiguity, identify opportunities for impact, and help bring clarity and direction to areas that matter most. This role requires strong collaboration, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to focus on what truly moves the needle.

Responsibilities

  • Own multiple end-to-end product platform domains in a complex, workflow-heavy B2B ecosystem

  • Use a lean product mindset to drive product decisions and roadmap development

  • Partner with engineering, design, as well as other product teams to define build and deliver impactful solutions

  • Translate complex problems into clear product direction, requirements and priorities

  • Use data, user insights and experimentation to inform decisions and measure success

  • Balance long-term strategy with short-term execution, forcusing on high-impact opportunities

  • Drive alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders in a large-scale organization

  • Help improve product quality and usability by continuously refining workflows and experiences

  • Stay close to customers and internal teams to understand pain points and identify opportunities

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in Product Management or related toles

  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and design teams

  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to support decisions

  • Experience working with or leveraging AI-powered tools or features, with an understanding of their strengths and limitations

  • Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problems

  • Excellence communication skills in English

  • Advantage: Familiarity with the construction industry or related domains

  • Advantage: Experience working in B2B SaaS environments
