  • Champion a scalable, high-performance quality culture

Embed Quality in Agile Delivery:

  • Partner with Agile/Scrum teams to integrate quality throughout the SDLC

  • Analyze customer feedback and production issues to address systemic quality gaps

Scale Automation & Organizational Impact:

  • Influence and evolve automation strategy with a strong focus on Cypress and Playwright
  • Contribute to scalable end-to-end automation for critical workflows
  • Support organization-wide quality initiatives (bug bashes, insider programs, targeted testing)
  • Provide both strategic and hands-on leadership on high-impact quality objectives

What You Bring

  • 7 years of experience in QA, Software Engineering, or related fields
  • Proven ownership of quality outcomes at project or program level
  • Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum within large, cross-functional environments
  • Deep automation expertise, including Cypress and Playwright
  • Strong background in end-to-end, integration, and solution-level testing
  • Experience defining quality standards, release criteria, and using metrics to drive decisions
  • Experience with SaaS, cloud, or enterprise-scale platforms
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Team City) and cloud environments (e.g., AWS)
  • Experience mentoring QA engineers and influencing quality beyond a single team
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Exposure to Fusion, PLM, CAD, or design software is a plus
