Role Overview
The Senior Associate Account Executive, Regional Accounts is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of small to medium sized customer accounts while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. This role partners closely with internal teams, technical specialists, and external partners to develop impactful customer solutions, refine value messaging, and deliver compelling value propositions. The role also facilitates cross regional collaboration and uses data driven insights to identify expansion opportunities and drive long term customer success.

- Manage a portfolio of small to medium sized regional accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

- Conduct customer presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities with moderate guidance.

- Technical Discovery: Work with technical leads in high growth accounts to validate requirements, ensure solution fit, and strengthen value messaging.
- Partner Coordination: Coordinate with partners and Partner Managers to support strategic engagements.
- Cross Regional Collaboration: Facilitate coordination across regions to support multi national accounts and share best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in account management in SaaS area is a must
- Experience managing a portfolio of customer accounts and supporting sales opportunities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve account outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in cross functional and/or cross regional environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in SaaS, technology, or subscription based business models.
- Familiarity with co sell motions involving technical specialists or emerging product teams.
- Experience working with channel partners or partner led sales models.
- Exposure to CRM systems for pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Experience supporting expansion, upsell, or cross sell motions within existing accounts.
