We are searching for a Senior Growth-focused Software Engineer to join us in driving user engagement and product adoption for our next-generation, AI-powered architecture design product. Our Growth team works on everything from personalized onboarding experiences to data-driven feature optimization and user journey analysis. Your contributions will have a direct impact on helping users quickly discover value in our product and enabling them to achieve meaningful outcomes in their design projects.

Responsibilities

As a Growth-focused Software Engineer, you will be able to apply and grow your engineering skills to make our products better and more impactful for our users. You will get to work with a wide range of technologies, including modern frontend frameworks, large-scale systems, and cloud computing.

You'll be joining our Growth team, where you'll focus on driving user engagement and helping people quickly realize our product's value through data-driven experimentation and feature development. You'll work across the entire Forma product ecosystem, building solutions that optimize user onboarding, activation, and engagement experiences.

You will work on exciting challenges, surrounded by fun, highly engaged people. In this position, in the spirit of servant leadership, we hope you will also share your knowledge and expertise with other engineers.

• Interest in conversion optimization and user journey analysis

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
