Internship, research, or significant project experience in backend development or cloud services
-
Exposure to AWS or similar cloud platforms (e.g., Lambda, Fargate, SQS, DynamoDB, Aurora) is a plus
-
Coursework or experience with microservices, streaming/real‑time processing, or containerization (Docker)
-
Experience with CI/CD, basic observability (metrics/logging), and security best practices for services
-
Interest in cost‑aware design, performance, and reliability engineering
