About the Role

We're looking for a Product Engineer who leads through teams — not just through code. You'll own product areas end-to-end, working closely with engineering and design to remove friction, ship fast, and create experiences that developers love.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a squad of engineers to deliver product outcomes, transferring context effectively and empowering the team to execute without bottlenecks
• Own full-stack or front-end product surfaces, making high-quality decisions across architecture, UX, and implementation
• Drive user empathy into the engineering process — understanding the developer journey and reducing friction at every layer
• Partner with engineering managers and product stakeholders to define scope, sequence work, and raise the bar on quality
• Actively experiment with and leverage AI-assisted development workflows, bringing a forward-thinking mindset to how the team builds

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years leading a team
• Strong full-stack or front-end background with a product or internal tooling focus
• Demonstrated ability to delegate, transfer context, and drive outcomes through a team — not just as an individual contributor
• Track record of shipping user-facing features with high craft and attention to developer experience
• Hands-on with AI-assisted development tools (IDE agents, CLI tools, or multi-agent workflows) and an experimentation mindset around them

$225,000—$300,000 USD
