AT&T is seeking a Sr. Associate Project Manager based in Mexico City. In this role, you will be part of the Global Project Management team and play a key role in supporting the successful implementation of circuit projects for domestic customers. This entry-level position is responsible for assisting with end-to-end project management activities, ensuring projects are executed according to defined scope and schedule. You will help develop project plans and schedules, coordinate resources, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, clients, and vendors.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with international company specialists and U.S. customers, ensuring project deliverables meet business expectations.
• Lead and execute service delivery activities throughout the project lifecycle, from contract signature to first bill accuracy.
• Manage the ordering and delivery of telecommunication components with external vendors and internal partners.
• Coordinate customer site activations, proactively follow up on open items, and oversee scheduling and technician readiness.
• Maintain and update internal business systems for project control, ordering, and configuration management.
• Track, report, and escalate project tasks and issues using industry-standard tools, and drive process or tool improvement initiatives.

What You Will Bring:

• Experience with customer service, project management skills, techniques, and tools.
• Proven ability to lead project meetings and deliver customer-facing presentations.
• Strong business acumen, commercial skills, and direct customer interfacing experience.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of telecommunications and networking technologies, plus creative problem-solving skills.

What You’ll Need:

• Education:

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Administration degree preferred.

• Experience:

Typically requires 0 - 3+ years of relevant experience.

• Bilingual:

Must speak, read, and write in both Spanish and English.

• Location:

This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only available in the posted location(s). No relocation is offered.

Salary for Mexico City starting from MXN $24,333 gross monthly. The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge, and experience.
