Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located at customer's site.

Our National Security Team supports the intelligence community, providing, operating, and assuring critical voice, video and collaboration services for the full spectrum of operations.

AT&T has an opening for a Program Training Officer to support the Program Management Team in development and maintenance of training and training reporting across the customer program**.Job Duties/Responsibilities:**

  • Responsible for designing, delivering, supporting, and/or instructing comprehensive training programs aligned with industry best practices.
  • Cover all technical, managerial, compliance, corporate, and development training needs for every team member involved in the program, whether internal or external requirements.
  • Assess individual training needs, design and deliver courses as needed, evaluate their effectiveness through knowledge checks, and keep records of course completion.
  • Develop yearly training plans, support the creation of new training initiatives, prepare educational materials, and organize sessions on emerging technologies and IT capabilities.
  • Manage and update training schedules across different areas of the program, support team members with their specific training requirements as directed by leadership and closely monitor progress to completion. Spot gaps and delays in mandatory training and recommend solutions.
  • Translate complex technical documents into clear, accessible content for non-technical audiences; collaborating with leadership and team leaders, help diagnose training issues, research solutions, and providing corrective actions.
  • Present technical information in a way that encourages logical and critical thinking, fostering creative approaches to problem solving among users.
  • Help build a culture where ongoing learning and professional growth are central to the team's values.
  • Deliver training both in-person and online for customers and program staff alike.
  • Keep all training documents, courses, and materials current; regularly review and remove outdated content from customer repositories.
  • Offer resources and guidance to support "train the trainer" activities.

Required Clearance:

TSSCI with poly (#tssci) (#polygraph)

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have a strong technical background in addition to the training-related skills required to gather training requirements, formulate appropriate coursework and materials, produce the presentation, and deliver the course content.
  • Must possess excellent communications skills as many of the courses they deliver will be provided to customer personnel as well as individuals on the program.
  • Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) and 5+ years of related experience. The experience can be a combination of degree and work history.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • ITIL Certification

Our Program Training Officer's earn between $79,300 - $175,000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
