Associate Director-Product Marketing

As an Associate Director-Product Marketing, your tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Oversees operational aspects of the department, focusing on the day-to-day management of device related initiatives across all channels.
- This role is primarily concerned with the developing channel specific device strategies, overseeing subsidy expense management and analysis, and implementing offers across the business.
- Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive device marketing strategies to effectively position products in the market, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth across all channels. Provide strategic direction and oversight to the marketing team to ensure alignment with business objectives. Develop and maintain on-going relationships through negotiations with OEMs.
- Conduct Market Research and Analysis:
Supervise market research activities to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape with device offers. Utilize these insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning. Guide the team in analyzing market data to develop targeted offers and modify features.
- Create and Manage Marketing Content:
Oversee the development and management of marketing collateral, including brochures, product datasheets, case studies, whitepapers, and website content to support product launches and marketing campaigns. Ensure the marketing team produces high-quality and effective content that aligns with the marketing strategy.
- Plan and Implement Go-to-Market Strategies:
Direct the design and execution of go-to-market strategies for product launches, including launch planning, coordination, and execution. Ensure alignment with cross-functional teams such as product management, sales, and engineering. Lead the marketing team in executing these plans effectively.
- Monitor and Report on Performance:
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and product launches using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Prepare regular reports and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts. Supervise the team in monitoring performance and making data-driven decisions to improve marketing outcomes.

- 5+ years of related experience.
- OEM management experience, device portfolio management experience, analytics
Our Associate Director-Product Marketing earns between $141,300 - $211,900 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
