Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and operations-focused professional to support wholesale global roaming usage revenue and expense protection and business operations. This role is responsible for daily, weekly, monthly monitoring and analyzing usage activity, identifying discrepancies, resolving operational issues, improving processes, and leading or supporting cross-functional projects that enhance accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and overall business performance. The ideal candidate will bring strong proven operational and analytical capabilities, financial/usage reconciliations, exceptional attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, effective collaboration skills, and a project management approach to organizing work, managing multiple priorities, and driving initiatives forward in ambiguous and evolving business environments.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor, analyze, and interpret daily wholesale usage data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail to identify discrepancies, trends, risks, and revenue-impacting issues, and support revenue protection efforts through investigation of usage variances, root cause analysis, and coordination of issue resolution.

Lead and support operational and cross-functional projects focused on improving workflows, strengthening controls, increasing efficiency, and enhancing overall business performance.

Develop and manage project or workstream plans for assigned initiatives, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and coordination of implementation activities, while effectively managing competing priorities and ensuring timely follow-through.

Track operational and initiative progress, prepare clear and concise status updates, identify risks or gaps, support change tracking, and help drive timely resolution of issues and action items.

Coordinate and collaborate with business, technical, billing, and operational teams to ensure alignment on requirements, priorities, deliverables, and outcomes, and to build effective working relationships across functions.

Develop reporting, dashboards, and operational insights to support decision-making, performance tracking, and identification of improvement opportunities, and clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and impacts to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Analyze existing business processes, evaluate complex or undefined issues, ask probing questions, and recommend practical enhancements to improve accuracy, consistency, scalability, compliance, and operational effectiveness.

Document business requirements, operational processes, project or initiative updates, and recommended solutions with accuracy, clarity, and attention to detail to support improvement and implementation efforts.

Promote adherence to established processes, controls, and business standards while serving as a subject matter resource for operational processes, usage analysis, and revenue protection activities.

Support additional operational, analytical, and cross-functional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience in business operations, revenue protection/revenue assurance, usage analysis, billing operations, cross-functional coordination, or a related field.

Able to quickly learn complex operations and network functionality needed to support wholesale operations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, navigate complex or unclear issues, identify root causes, and develop actionable business insights.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document processes, prepare updates, and communicate findings and recommendations to a range of stakeholders.

Strong planning, organization, time management, and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate workstreams, track deliverables, and drive progress in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy, identify inconsistencies, and ensure high-quality work across analyses, reporting, documentation, and operational processes.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, build strong working relationships, and contribute to shared goals and operational improvements.

Intellectual curiosity and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations, ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions, and adapt to changing business needs.

Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Our Lead Network Proj/Prog Mgmt, earns between $116,700-$175,100 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
